Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FundedROI (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FundedROI is a financial tracking and analytics tool that helps traders log costs and payouts across funded trading accounts and live trading, and view dashboards, milestones, and reports derived from that self-reported data. FundedROI does not place trades, manage funds, or connect to brokerage or prop firm accounts on your behalf.

FundedROI is provided strictly as a record-keeping and reporting tool. Nothing within the Service — including but not limited to dashboards, ROI figures, milestone badges, calendars, or any other output — constitutes financial, investment, trading, accounting, tax, or legal advice, and should not be relied upon as such. We make no representation or guarantee regarding the accuracy of figures shown, which depend entirely on the data you enter. We do not guarantee any trading outcome, profitability, or success in obtaining or maintaining a funded trading account. You are solely responsible for your own trading and financial decisions.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

FundedROI offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro and Elite) with additional features, billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law. We may change our pricing or plan features with reasonable advance notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
• Use the Service to misrepresent your trading performance to a third party (e.g. a prop firm) in a fraudulent manner.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into FundedROI (your transactions, notes, and account information). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that data solely to provide and improve the Service, including the aggregated/anonymized use described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time and permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings.

The Service, including its design, branding, software, and underlying technology, is owned by FundedROI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary software beyond the limited right to use the Service as intended.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies in calculated figures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FundedROI and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, trading losses, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or for other reasonable cause, with notice where practical.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FundedROI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
