Privacy Policy

FundedROI ("we", "us", or "our") provides a financial tracking tool for funded and self-funded traders. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use FundedROI, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have over your data. By creating an account, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted via our authentication provider).
• Financial data you log: the trading firms or accounts you add, transaction amounts, dates, categories (e.g. challenge fees, resets, payouts), and any notes you choose to attach. This data is entered by you and reflects your own record-keeping — we do not connect to brokerage or prop firm accounts directly.
• Preferences: currency, display theme, and other in-app settings.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and general usage patterns (e.g. which features are used), used to maintain and improve the product.

We use the information above to:

• Operate the core functionality of FundedROI — your dashboard, milestone tracking, and reporting are computed directly from the data you log.
• Maintain your account, authenticate you, and provide customer support.
• Send you service-related communications, such as password resets or important account notices.
• Improve FundedROI's features, performance, and reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations where applicable.

FundedROI is a record-keeping and analytics tool. Nothing in the app — including dashboards, milestone badges, ROI calculations, or any other feature — constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. We do not recommend any trading strategy, firm, or financial product. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for verifying the accuracy of any figures you rely on, including those generated by FundedROI.

We may compile aggregated or anonymized data derived from user activity — for example, average ROI trends across the user base, or general statistics about funded trading challenges — for the purpose of internal research, product improvement, publishing general trend reports, or potential analytics partnerships. Aggregated and anonymized data does not identify you personally and cannot reasonably be used to re-identify you or your individual account. We do not sell your personally identifiable financial data to third parties.

Your data is stored using Supabase, a third-party database and authentication provider, with industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted at the database level so that only your authenticated account can read or modify your own records. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers who help us operate FundedROI (e.g. our database/authentication provider and, if you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor), under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy or a comparable one.

You can, at any time, from your account Settings:

• Export your data — download a complete CSV of your logged transactions.
• Delete your account — permanently remove your profile and all associated transactions, firms, and milestones.
• Update your name, currency, and display preferences at any time.

Account deletion is immediate and permanent. We do not retain copies of deleted account data once the deletion request is processed, other than what we are legally required to retain.

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to provide you the service. If you delete your account, your data is removed as described above. We may retain minimal information where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your display preferences (such as light/dark theme). We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

FundedROI is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of FundedROI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
